Two Can Keep A Secret by Karen M. McManus *Review*
Two Can Keep A Secret
By Karen M. McManus
I had really high hopes for this one after loving One of Us is Lying so much however, it paled in comparison. The two POVs were sort of bland and there were way to many people being thrown in as the main suspect. I had a hard time really connect to any of the characters and the ones I did like were gone just as quick as they arrived. Half of the characters felt like they were introduced solely for a certain point in the plot or to converse with one of the mains and then exited and were forgotten about. The one redeeming thing I liked about this book was the writing but it took me well over 200 pages for me to be remotely invested in the story.
I really wanted to like this story and it pains me to say this because of how much I liked the authors other book, but it was honestly pretty forgettable.
